Who are we and what do we do?

We are a consulting firm that works specifically with independent restaurants and franchises to manage your investment and achieve your goals.

Robert Bolan – President

•    Accountable for current and long range profitability of the organization.
•    Establishes direction and determines the priorities that will enhance growth and development of the corporation.
•    Provide the Board of Directors suitable restaurant sites for growth options.
•    Protect company assets and integrity.
•    Develop management, including supervisors.
•    Critical thinking regarding dealing with state and local government agencies keeping in compliance.
•    Maximize profitability.

Mark Snyder – Vice President of Operations

•    Accountable for manager and employee development.
•    Train and position management to constantly improve operations.
•    Protect company assets and integrity.
•    Maintain Quaker Steak & Lube corporate standards of operation.
•    Setting a budget responsibility for each unit including guideline setting that is both measurable and attainable.
•    Maximize profitability.
•    Quarterly business plans for each unit written, monitored and adjusted to achieve the desired results.
•    Marketing plan budget and approval for each unit.

John LeMay – Treasurer

•    Protect company assets and integrity.
•    Maximize profitability.
•    Implement loss control procedures and safety program in each unit.
•    Cash, control procedures and administrative reports.
•    Payroll, Health Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
•    Insure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws and requirements.
•    Book keeping regarding all Accounts Payable and Receivable.
•    In store Quarterly Audits of store level procedures including cash handling, loss control and safety including audits of comps, voids and paid outs.


 

Robert Bolan – President


Robert attended LSU and received his Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University. Robert has spent his entire career in the Foodservice industry and in 1983 was named Vice President of Operations for York Steakhouse. He then went on to be named Vice President of Acquisitions for York. He continued his career becoming President of Red River
Steakhouse and then President of Thirsty Dog brewing Company. Robert is currently a Board member of Canton Lube Partners, Inc. and Franchise Advisory Committee President for Quaker Steak and Lube Corporate. He is also a Quaker Steak and Lube Franchisee.

Mark Snyder – Vice President of Operations

Mark also has spent his entire career in the Foodservice industry. His career began as an hourly employee with Taco Bell Corporation. He moved through the ranks quickly and became a Taco Bell franchisee Regional Manager in 1984. He then went on to become a District Manager for both Denny’s in Northern Ohio and then on to Olive Garden in Mansfield Ohio. Mark is a member of the Franchisee Menu planning and Franchise Marketing committees for Quaker Steak and Lube. He is also a Quaker Steak and Lube Franchisee.

John LeMay – Treasurer

Once again, John has spent his entire career in the Foodservice industry. His career began also as an hourly employee with Taco Bell Corporation. John became promoted to District Manager for Taco Bell Corporate in 1983. He then continued his career as a District Manager for Ponderosa Steakhouse. He was owner and operator of a full service restaurant in Canton for 13 years. John is currently in charge of administration and loss prevention for Quaker Steak and Lube Franchisees in three states. He is also a Quaker Steak and Lube Franchisee.

Robert, Mark and John have a combined Foodservice work experience exceeding 90 years and they along with Canton Lube Partners, Inc. were named Franchisee of the Year 2009 by Quaker Steak and Lube, Inc.
